Remote Training with Master Phil: 16 Week intensive reformation program. One 30-minute live video session per week, 3 strength and 2 cardio vascular based custom workouts. Technical corrections on movements, weight checks, nutritional advice and goal attainment. Strength, cardiovascular conditioning, body composition, mobility, flexibility and neuromuscular fitness. Weekly weigh-ins.
1 Week of preparation, 90 days (12 weeks) of development and 3 weeks of system reinforcement.
